All prices on our website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

If we discover a significant error in the price or product information before your order is dispatched, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

If we are unable to contact you, or you do not wish to proceed, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

Pet Village reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, or other errors on the website.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment in every circumstance.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Customer information is incorrect or incomplete;

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are expected to accept and pay for their order upon delivery.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.
